I really enjoyed the process being tracked online where I could access anytime for updates on the process.
Communication between the transaction coordinator and specialist could be improved. There was multiple times were something was asked from me that I had sent a court to a few days earlier to the other person who requested it. I would fax or e fax documents and then have to go through and manually update stuff myself. Overall communication could have been handled better.
Our site has a problem of not bringing in links. This causes us problems.
