I did not think the process would be as easy as it was working on-line and not face-to-face.
My experience was a very positive, when I had problems every member of the team jumped in to try to help us resolve it. Each time we work through every single problem and we very very much appreciated.
The only way they could have improved would be if they would have told us they were waiting for us to pay for the appraisal. We thought we were waiting for it to be done and we'd get a bill.

From the get go, it was a very good experience. John Quade was first to help us. I had been working for several years to get my credit back in good standing after a bad case of young and dumb, but even after doing all I did i couldn't seem to get it where I needed it to be. John got it squared away in less than a month. He was awesome. Nice, respectful, and quick to let me know any updates on me. Could not say enough good about him. When I was done with that, I got Jason Brown. He was awesome too. Quick to update me, nice, and he genuinely seemed to care about me and my family getting our home as well. They were both top notch employees that would keep me coming back again if need be, and I would not hesitate to recommend either John or Jason.
Grant Schneider made the process so incredibly easy. He was always outstanding and a pleasure to work with.
I have to say, I was a skeptic. people were too upbeat, so I thought it was too good to be true. I really did not think I would ever be able to own a home again. boy was I wrong. I can not say enough good things about veterans United home loans. thankyou from the bottom of my heart!
The only issue I had with Veterans United, was the final funding there was one little glitch that kept us waiting for over two and a half hours at closing
