The underwriter was the only problem, provided them a document from the State of Alaska showing my retriement date and benefits, I was already retired and they still wanted to see the actual award letter, made myself a pain to my retirement coordinator so he could send me the document when the projected benefits were already spelled out, had it not been for Justin working to make sure my interest rate didn't go away I would have gone to another company specializing in VA Loans.
Elaina O'Neal was such a great help to us. She was very professional, but also caring, throughout the process.
It was a wonderful experience, Brennan was always available to help out and guide the best way forward when things got tough.
Garrett and Allison made the entire process simple and easy. Both should be commended for a job well done.
