The process was very minimal-hassel, I simply supplied the requested documents, and everything else was taken care of systematically and as necessary.
I already have recommended Todd to other Veterans. My experience was excellent and Todd had to work hard for us since we were purchasing the home from the owner and changed things around half way through. Todd was very patient and helped us through it all.

Friendly staff that always wanted to make sure I was in the right direction for closing on a home. Only problem was never being able to get ahold of them on the phone. I'd rely on email because it didn't matter how many times I called I rarely got an answer.

Veterans United Home Loan started out doing awesome things. From singing us up, to finding a Realtor was truly a great experience. James Miller called me; got the needed personal information about where we wanted to live, VA approval letter and assigned us a agent in less than an hour.
I ran into some issues getting everything the underwriter needed for the loan, and this was frustrating--I do have some history that don't make me a standard "plain Joe," so this could be expected. Initially, documents were exchanged over email which did get confusing for a time, but after we switched to using the VU website to upload documents, it made it much easier to keep track of what was submitted and what else needed to be done.
