This is my second time using Veteran’s United, and there was a reason I didn’t shop around. They give an honest and fair offer the first time. My builder required me to at least speak to their preferred lender. It took their lender a month plus, and 4 times presenting a different offer to even come close to what VU offered the first time. If I sell and buy again in the future, I will look to VU again.
Like I said before, done 3 closings with Matthew and his team. I will use their service for other closings on a home.
This process made everything so easy, very user friendly. Any and every questions I had were answered. Nothing was left up in the air!
