I was given a final closing cost that i asked for the day before closing on the house. Then on the day of closing while I was out to wire the closing cost I got a call that the cost was increased by $1500.00. My real Estate agent had never seen this done before even. Your Underwriters are ridiculous. I had to send things multiple times. They don't know the difference between a court order for a surname change and a divorce decree.
