I've already made several recommendations to people I know. This was so easy, and that's saying a lot for someone who doesn't know the real estate field.
This was the worst experience I could imagine. We signed the same papers several times both online and mail, and then at the closing had to sign them all again anyways. Was told they could meet 3 different closing dates, barely met the last one. Co-signed had to call IRS several times bc we weren't told what all we needed all at once. We were told at least 3 weeks prior that we were done with paperwork, this was promised, not even close, we had a ton more to do. 188 pages were sent to closing, many duplicates. Just a horrible experience.
