The online system surprised me in how easy it was to use. At first I was not happy that we would be doing so much online but due to the way the system was designed and our agents ability to tell us what we needed to do, the overall experience with the system was great.
Even though my experience was not the best does not meet others will have the same experience so yes I will recommend.
