Everyone was very helpful, but about halfway through the process we stopped hearing from anyone and no one we called knew why. But, as a whole the process was relatively smooth and everyone involved was knowledgeable and sincere.
At first I was working with Debbie but then I was handed over to a guy name Taylor who seem to have no idea what he was doing.
