Our first experience was working with Annette and then she referred us to Winsor who did a great job in getting our loan approved. In his absence Bronson did a great job in following up with us on items that needed to be done. Great team.
I really had a good experience. Very responsive when needed. Given the time to explain. Only issue I had was with underwriting and validating my employment. This process was too long and required us/ my boss to do a lot of leg work to fulfill their requirements .

I did not believe I could qualify for a VA loan because of some credit issues in my past, but with help from VU and documentation of my on time payment of utility bills, VU was able to underwrite the loan and I am now the roud owner of a home
It was an extraordinary experience with Mireyda our loan officer. It was informative and educative while researching the possibilities of being able to afford a home. Mireyda was always available as my husband and I both work very long hours and was willing to meet us during times we are available. It was a lot better than we expected stress wise. We were able to coordinate closing costs, and finance possibilities to meet our budget. She went up and beyond for us. We have made a family friend due to this experience.
