There was clarity throughout much of the process. I received the final disclosure the day of closing so I was not able to view my final numbers and the closing numbers skyrocketed the day of closing. The beginning of the process was fine but in the end the numbers were not where I thought they would be. In the end I felt my choices fade away. Overall thanks for our New Home.

The care and attention we received during this whole process was outstanding. The entire team was quick to act and extremely helpful. We ran into several obstacles, at no fault to the team, that they were able to help us through. Everything was completed smoothly on their end. Definitely the best part of this entire experience. I especially valued the time Mike Mange took to explain things to me in a way that I could better understand. He was wonderful to work with.

The main reason not a 10 is because I called to make sure we were on track to close and I was told we were. At 5 pm the day before I found out that was not the case. This was not on Jeremy though. We were told we needed 2 more items so I rushed and got them only to be told we had to now wait for our clear to close for 5 more days. That day came and they needed about 10 more things which showed me the underwriter just weren't ready the week before and made excuses.
