Asked for too much redundant information: pre loan, loan. No apparent cross talk.Was never consulted about my loan wishes -- amount down, optional points, closing cost options. Rely on too much web access. Day of closing when it was over was told that my closing would not go through with out my wife resubmitting work employment verification again. She works as an Army civilian for 24 years and this move is on her orders. Unacceptable.
