From receptionist to every staff one come across in VU, they are super excellent
Wendy Pulliam is the best realtor that I have ever seen.
They failed to reach the dead line and I ended up printing documents for signing myself because they failed to ensure dead lines were met. The individuals on the team and varies departments seemed to utterly fail at communication. I had to call and harass them to get stuff done just before closing and they still failed to have the documents to the attorney's office on time. Not a good experience for a first time home buyer. I had no confidence in this company. And I will not use them again.
