I had an excellent experience with Veterans United. I'm a first time home buyer and it's without a doubt stressful trying to learn how it all works, picking the right place, doing the right steps... I was a special case coming from the UK and going through the homebuying process while across the pond made communication somewhat challenging. I had to use a family members phone number for my profile due to not having a US phone number and on multiple occasions I stated I would not have direct access to the phone number and email was the best way to contact me, but some VU individuals still attempted to contact me via phone.
Every member of the team we were on was GREAT! Always responsive, we actually dealt with REAL people, not just recordings. The portal is great and easy to use and now we can continue to use it to make our mortgage payments and communicate with Veterans United Home Loans.
