Mike Smith has always been my team leader. I have enjoyed working with him tremendously, and he picked the right people each time to be on my team, all of.them willimg amd.ready.to jelp me ans make sure i always kmew wjat was happening.It felt like Mike was just part of the family,My family and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. He was kind, considerate, always staying on top of thing's, always ready to help, and I can't thank him enough. Being 75 years old, I know this will be my last home I buy, and that's rather disappointing, Because it's probably the last time I'll get to talk to Mike, And that's a little sad. If I had to buy a 100 more houses,.I would ask to work with Mike again. Thank you, Mike! I appreciate all that you've done for me.Hugs pat

Process was fairly easy, website is great! Getting docs to this team is as simple as it gets. Very efficient, communicative and great at getting on top of things. Had lots of questions after initial disclosures but Joel and Brenda handled things like champs. I'll use them again when rates fall enough for it to be worth it. Keep my mortgage guys it'll be worth it!
I looked into them over a year ago but they don't do construction loans. They continued to reach out and see if I was still interested. I thought the other mortgage company was going to be good but they started to act dumb, passing off issues to others in the company and didn't know how to do their job. Made the switch and it was not only easy but very transparent. If I had questions, they responded immediately and if they didn't have the answer they let me know but they also worked to get it. It was a small team but very efficient. Can't sing the praises enough.
The lending team had my brother's back and that means more to me than anything else.
