Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. I truly enjoyed the entire team, everyone was patient and very helpful! They always answered when called no matter the time or situation. I’ve never seen Tyler or Jennifer but I felt as if we were related lol! My husband and I felt protected and cared for! Everything went smooth even though we had a couple hiccups but it wasn’t on the VA end. Thank you so much for everything.

VU was quick and communicated well. I moved from Florida to Rhode Island, buying a house soght unseen. VU helped to make this process significantly less stressful. Both Seth and Bri were available and quick to respond to any questions, explaining processes easily.
Since this was my first time going through purchasing a home, I didn't know what questions to ask with the total process.
