The team was great! The only complaint is I did not receive my final numbers until the late afternoon the day before closing. That created an issue with wiring the funds which evolved into a bigger issue involving the seller and the closing on his new property.Other than that, Ryan was great along with the team. I would use him again.
This was the best place team for me to finally get my home. I am extremely greatful for the support and guidance from Ryan Sherman and Hope Smith. They were patient with me and were always available to answer my questions, even after work hours and weekends. I did not have to wait long for a response, and that helped give me the confidence to finally close the deal. Veterans United is a very comprehensive mortgage loan company offering a wide variety of customer services allowing the user to feel confident that they would be choosing the right company to process their loan. Their website gives you enough loan information to urge a phone call and start your loan process.

William was the only bright spot about the process. Amber Jobs and the lady that did the underwriting are absolutely horrible and should no longer be employed. I almost walked away from the process after the second time talking with amber. William reached out and smoother things over.
Also, this is America why do i need to justify moving. The whole process this time as an already customer was tedious and unnecessary. Your underwriting made equifax call Veterans United to make sure I was current. It's your own damn company. Who does that.
I used to recommend you, never again.

Veterans United working alongside VA and utilizing the resources intended for Veterans fills in the gap to make that promise a reality. Dedicated professionals like Mr Dustin Johnson and Nicky Blevins through passion and sense of purpose worked so hard to make my dream come true in record time. I had an eviction notice after the house I rented was sold. Six weeks later in a home owner thank to the VA Loan Program , Veterans United and dedicated professionals like Mr Johnson and Mrs Blevins.
Despite all the obstacles everyone on all sides really helped out in all ways possible in an efficient and dedicated way.
