It is very easy to use.Of course, being a VA loan... there is a lot of paperwork. The only annoying thing was there was always something in my to do box. But, the team seemed to be constantly working to get to a closing date. I wanted a quicker than normal closing. They really worked and made sure we made that date.Overall, they did an awesome job.

The beginning of the process was great, I was able to reach my loan officer and he was very informative and helpful but as we moved along it became harder and harder to reach anyone or get responses from anyone. I would have to call 4-5 times to get a hold of anyone. Leave multiple voicemails to get a response etc. In addition, things towards the end felt rushed and I was constantly on the receiving end of a passive aggressive blame game when things were stalled or weren't completed. Especially from Danielle. If I hadn't found my ideal home and was on a time limit I would have gone with another mortgage company.
Kyle Melvyn was great in keeping us updated on the process. Being a first time homeowner, we didn't know what to expect. Kyle walked us through the process and made very easy for us to get our first home.
