Excellent communication and initial setup with Katelyn Cockrell to get the ball rolling. Handover from Katelyn to Joe & Jenna was smooth and continued tempo. However, a miscommunication with appraiser delayed closing by 4 days. Overall a good job and the whole Veterans United team was very accessible and helpful throughout the entire process.

I was frustrated with the questioning about the deposit at such a late date . When the deposit was received at time of offer.. That was very stressful ... Inquiring about the origination of the deposit at the beginning of escrow would have made it more stress free.
