Kris and Brandi were the most professional loan team I have dealt with in 50 years of borrowing from banks, mortgage companies and even Quicken. Kris was so dedicated that he gave me his personal cell # and would respond to last minute calls up to 11pm (I did try to only call in emergency situations).This was my first experience with using my VA benefits and Kris's team made it almost easy.Our loan was especially tedious as the seller was very emotional due to selling her late parents' home. She was continuously changing her mind and causing other problems.Kris was a calming influence on me and help greatly to finally overcome all the challenges to reach a successful conclusion.I would not hesitant to use Kris again.
