The distance paperwork was a pain only because the software kept locking documents when we got logged in. Recommend finding am easier way to gain access to documents instead of a login/password. One way doc using is easy is if a document must be signed an e-mail will be sent to each designee with an access code. Each person signs them and the bank gets the signed documents.
Kevin and his team did an outstanding job and made my "dream home" purchase the most painless process I could ever have had. Easier than purchasing a vehicle! I closed within a month of making my offer!! Who does that?!?! Well united did!! Wonderful wonderful experience!!
