very professional, and very knowledgeable in what they do and never had to wait, to talk to anyone. They were on the phone, at anytime when I called. One to get feedback about the loan process and very proficient on getting the right people to do surveys, appraisal to accomplish the mission. As a first time buyer I was very, very worried and stressed out, I felt giving up, but my team, pushed me to move forward, and I really needed that, a push out of the airplane taking the first step, then on the way down it was up to me. And making sure I kept my feet and knees together on impact to land safe, or otherwise, I would probably land wrong and get hurt.
