This was the worst experience in buying a home. Your organization left us homeless, cost us thousands of dollars out of our pocket in additional expenses, because of paperwork delays. We had to move all our belongings to storage, sleep on the floor in our apartment until we were homeless, and then pay for a hotel until our house was closed. We are still paying for a hotel today, since we now have to arrange delivery of our belongings that were put in storage. We have no refrigerator or bed at the house we purchased, and will not for 2 more days. For 2 veterans, 1 disabled and 1 is 68 years old, this was much more than we should have been subjected to physically and mentally! We are looking into pursuing legal action against your loan officer and company for what we went through. We would expect someone to reach out to us to discuss further before we pursue this option.
Veterans united was great to work with. The only issue I had was continuing to receive products and emails from a lending team after I decided not to buy in that region and told them so.
