Jeremy Carver and his staff were wonderful. They guided me and communicated every step of the way. They understood that this was a new experience for me. They did it all in a very nice way and were extremely patient with me. I actually started liking the process because I learned much in working with Jeremy and his staff.
Jess Vomund was my loan officer and she was always there for me with any questions I had, so I'm very happy with her knowledge and professionalism.

Every person I encountered absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Sam Yoo was my loan officer and he consistently went above and beyond. Kenna who works with him was also amazing and responded to every question immediately. Bobbie was someone who worked with me as part of the lighthouse division to get me ready to qualify and she was also amazing and very available when I needed things answered. Entire staff too notch.
