They were amazing throughout this process and displayed excellent knowledge of the home buying process. There was a communication problem where they added $15k of debt for me to pay off so I could meet the income requirements. I was not informed of this change until after I put in for a house I liked. And some other stuff like asking for excessive paperwork last minute because I moved MY money from one account to another, which I told them I had to do, after the extra money was added for me to pay. But other than that, they were friendly and meticulous about the process.

the only hiccup came while waiting for the appraisal. There was a delay there but I think that was on the appraiser. In the end, the lower than expected apraisal worked in our favor as it helped our negotation but my real estate agent was still unsure of the appraiser methodology and comparables.Veterans Unitied gave me the best rate that I could find as well which is important in the current market. I'm sure I will be talking to them again once rates finally start to drop.
Once the team realized this was a 1st time for me every one stepped up and guided me through the process.
