First and foremost the communications with the representatives I worked with was exceptional. Tony Boousad was my loan officer. He is courteous and a true professional. Any emails I sent were answered in less than an hour with many in less than 15 minutes. He is patient and thorough with his answers. I felt he put my loan together with my best interest in mind. Nicole Harvey was the loan coordinator. Her performance was as profession as Tony's. You are are informed of the status of every step of the process.
Too many outsourced steps and some of the issues are duplicated because departments don't communicate.
My loan officer Jason Windsor was very responsive to my needs letting me add to the loan and helping by giving loan credits. Markita Rosenberg working with Jason made it easy to send in forms by having them basically complete while only needing signatures. Top notch service in my opinion.
All the members of Jeffs team was really friendly and super helpful.
DJ Leverton is awesome. He was so helpful and made the process go much easier than I thought it would go

Julia Ash is the reason I give VU a "10", as well as Johnna Dunlap, who filled in superbly during Julia's maternity leave. Blake Wiesenfeld, however, is a different story here....I am very disappointed in his respect for the customer and his apparent lazy attitude. He virtually recommended that we use a local lender in lieu of VU. So we did.
