If a vet has a margin call credit score, and a few hits on their credit. VU can be tiresome to deal with. Also, if you opt out of Owner's Insurance, the VU will make sure you pay anyway by raising Lender's Insurance rates 1000%
Everyone was so helpful and understanding even when I called and spoke to someone erroneously they politely transfered me and we all laughed, no matter how million times I called everyone was receptive.
All documents and exchange of information was available digitally, saving time and money. NO hassles, and the staff was very gracious and polite.
