I had a great experience and really appreciated that I had quick responses to all e-mails and phone calls.
Not sure why but I never felt the confidence to say I had the loan. There seemed to be a lot of duplicated effort. It became very concerning when Equafax kept calling to verify information for a credit supplement. Also the need to re verify employment the day before closing made me feel as though I wasn't closing.
