The lady that came to our house for us to sign closing papers had appointment set for 1 pm. She called to change appointment to 2:30pm. She did show at 2:30pm but she had some papers that needed to be reprinted and had to go home to reprint. This took another 45 minutes. I would not use this lady again.
Overall, this was an amazing experience from day one. The level of communication and interaction really made this process a lot less stressful. The Veterans United app made the process smooth and convenient with straightforward "to do" checklist and digital signatures. Next time we are buying a home for our next PCS, we will be using Veterans United.
Overall this was a great experience Emmy was amazing. Emmy was very knowledgeable and answered all questions to assure me when I had doubts. A would definitely recommend her to friends. Thank you for help us get our home!!!!!!!!
