To let you know how wonderful everyone was i do not even know how to put in words, Cooper and his staff were always there with the help i needed or to reasure me that it was going well the realtor they set me up with was surper. I guess the best thing to do is to say that I am greatful for Cooper and his team and the VA home program. I have a wonderful home and it is all because of the help from this fantastic team you have. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Cooper was just awesome.
The last straw was sending a wrong # and then knowing that reception for phone was not readily available continues to email small talk while I'm attending a class out of state on my works dime.
I feel that a day was wasted and that Andy could have made it right by contacting loan department and explaining that he himself caused the time delay instead of commenting to me that the signing of documents will have to be done over if not completed by 2 pm.
You have a real jewel in Beth Fletcher. She is the kind of person you want to send your friends and family to.
Where do I start?! Bruce was phenomenal! I had worked with a couple other loan guys at other places before I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Bruce. From the moment I met him, I knew that he was the guy I needed in my corner. My deal wasn't the easiest. I had a bankruptcy prior to my attempt to become a home owner. I knew it wasn't going to be easy. The other loan guys that I dealt with from other places discarded me as not worth their time once they realized it wasn't going to happen right that minute. I had one make a comment, 'I MIGHT be able to get you a 20K trailer in Carter Lake" when he saw I was asking for 160K. Bruce was different though. He knew he couldn't get me approved today, tomorrow or even perhaps in 2014. He didn't discard me like the others, instead he educated me what it would take to get it done. He took the time to break down step by step instruction on the things I needed to do to prepare for loan approval. I did just that and Bruce stayed in contact with me as the months ticked by. I first started working with Bruce in June of 2014. At that time it was apparent I was not eligible since I was having trouble proving my income. Here it is April of 2015. Guess who stuck with me all that time? Guess who didn't give up on me? Guess who reached out on occasion to check in and make sure I was doing the things we had discussed prior? And guess who was there the day I would close on my house to present me with a gift and hand shake? Yeah, you guessed it, it was Bruce Chubick!! I hope that he stays in the mortgage business so I can refer others to him. I want anyone I know that is in the market for a home to have a wonderful experience like I did. You know how every once in a while you have a customer experience that just stands out above the rest to the point you want to call that person's manager and tell him/her how great it was? That is where I am at right now. This experience was amazing. From the amazing company of Veterans United to the exceptional guy Bruce, my home buying experience was difficult, but DOABLE thanks to you. I cannot express my thanks enough!! THANK YOU!!!
Mike and his team were first class. They treated my loan as if it were theirs. I guess that now makes Cathy and I part of the Veteran United family!
Great communication and explanations of everything. Thanks!

Excellent job; my first home buying experience was smooth!!
The team that was put together for me was a perfect fit. We worked well together. I want to thank VU for an experience I will never forget it. It was beyond great. Scott Beasley and Valerie Maat are Top Shelf and First Rate.
Our closing process was a bit frustrating. Lender's Title scheduled us for Thursday before paperwork had been returned from the seller. So we closed but weren't able to move in. They told our realtor they moved us to Thursday because they had too many closings that Friday to deal with.
Cooper Allen is the example of good leadership. We are impressed with his level of service and will continue to use him in the future
Rico and Monica McGowan
As a first time homebuyer the process could not have gone any smoother. Mr. Blake was referred to me by a co worker who just purchased a home as well. I will continue to use Veterans United in the future for any purchases that I will make. In addition, my realtor has praised Veterans United and Mr. Blake for the professionalism they displayed as well as for the organization of the process. Both realtors and the title attorney said this was the best company they have ever used and there where no issues at all. The process was smooth and the way purchasing a home should go.
I haven't always felt like the finance company was on my team in my past dealings with home mortgages. I am very pleased with their services and small, hometown feel of working with them. Moat definitely would recommend to others.😃
A strong team working together to make a person's dream come true.
It Great, glad i went with veterans unit.
The only comment I have is. I told the loan specialist that I was gay and married and it was not noted. I wanted my partner on the title and the day before closing I found out it was not going to happen. If I were straight it would have not been a problem. I feel like I was discriminated against and was not heard. How ever the title company. Ticor title did take care of me and did get my partner on the title. We are legal married and it should have not been a problem. This needs to be looked into and changed for the next person.
I would and have recommended Mike Mange and his team to everyone we know. Thank you for your service to our military families.
Give Charlotte a raise! She more than deserves it.
The management team I suppose helped with the process of my journey and every thing turned out just as expected
