The amount of paperwork that was requested was quite daunting and a bit frustrating. I'm not entirely sure that the amount of paperwork was a result of VA requirements as this is my second VA home loan and I needed very little paperwork for my first loan with a different lender.
I would like to see a more distinguished plan for setting closing dates in order to aid homeowners caught in a similar situation as ours with a simultaneous selling and buying. It was always difficult to determine who or what was necessary to determine what day we were supposed to close for both properties.

don't know from my viewpoint how busy thingsare and everyone wants to feel as thoughit is all about them when that canbe difficult for a customer to rationalize.many loans fall through so it is the sortof thankless job because of all that happens behind the scenes.
