Was always to busy and took days to either text or call back..when i had a issue she would always hand it too the builder..was not there for reconstruction or walk thru..at times i was wanting a new agent..not a experience i was satisfied with in purchasing a new home

I would recommend Veterans United to both military and non-military alike. Everyone there is respectful and professional. Their facility is beautiful and clean. I had a great experience buying my first home and I know it was because of Amanda and her team at Veterans United. It was a cherry on top to receive an unexpected housewarming gift! This probably won't be the last time my husband and I work with Veterans United!

The big issue is that my appraisal was suppossed to have been ordered on the first of March. On that day I still did not have my COE from the VA, however, I informed Shan, my loan officer that I would definitely get it and not to worry. A week later I had my COE and found out that the appraisal still hadn't been ordered. Closing was now ONE week away. So obviously we weren't going to be able to close on time. This mistake on the part of VU has cost me an extra month's rent at 2200.00, because had we closed on 3/24 as planned I could gave moved out before 4/1 but since we didnt inow for sure when we'd close, I had to pay my landlord for April's rent even though we will only be here part of the month. I could really have used that $2200.00. Being that it was t my fault, I feel that VU is directly responsible for this and honestly feel that you guys should compensate us for making me waste $2200.00

They are phenomenal they made this a very easy experience and they made my family's dream a reality with the expertise, and the professionalism with which they handled my loan process.
