Didn't answer my phone calls and email was hit and miss, I almost gave up and went with Navy Federal Credit Union, but my boss recommended Alice Schneider at the local Colorado Springs branch. She got my file transferred to her and everything was easy peasy from there.
Veterans United Home Loan has been great to my family and I and was willing to work with us.
Both Beth and Nathan were very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make our experience as easy, painless, as quick as possible. We have already recommend other service members to them as well. If we have to look for another house in the future we hope they are still around.
