I am not the type of person who outwardly demands respect, that is arrogant in my opinion. I was treated with great respect from both Aaron Laxson and Mitch Casteel though and feel it is worth mentioning that it admittedly felt good. I felt they each had my best interests in mind from the first call I made, through the follow up call Mitch placed to me after my cash out refinance loan had closed.
Our loan officer Bobby Moss was awesome. He treated us great. He was both friendly and professional. He helped us every step of the way. We would of been lost without him. It is individuals like Mr. Moss that make Veterans United a beacon of hope to us vets who would otherwise be lost in all the red tape associated with such a complex transaction as purchasing a home. We can't thank him enough for treating us like family and Veterans United for meeting and exceeding our needs through this complex process.
This was truly an awesome experience the team worked tirelessly day and night and we're very responsive very helpful and answered any questions that I had. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made me their number one priority I felt like I was their only customer it was truly an amazing experience. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I wanted to get more details about the VA's decision not to charge me a funding fee. The details of their decision could affect my standing to file a service-connected disability claim. I asked about this, but did not get an answer.

I HAD TRIED 3 OTHER SERVICES AND WAS DECLINED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS, DURING THE PROCESS MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED FOR 800 TO 660 AND NICK AND TEAM WERE ABLE TO GET IT APPROVED ANYWAY. QUICKEN LOANS WAS UNHAPPY WITH MY TWEET ABOUT HOW GOOD YOU WERE. LOL
