The entire team was professional, informative, engaged, and helpful throughout the entire process. Due to them all, the anxiety level of my family and I was very minimal! We are extremely thankful to and appreciative of the team's support and efforts!
This was by far a very horrible experience. Documents after documents were asked for even though we had sent in the first place. We had at least 3 different closing dates and was always told we have the last of the documents needed. Numerous requests came afterwards when we thought we were finally finished. I have e-mails where rep said this is the last of it and came back a week or two later asking for more because they "overlooked" the file. Then our file went into "full review" which took a month longer. Then our credit checks expired and had to redo that entire process over again.
I can honestly say, even though my computer and email was my direct communication with everyone within Veterans United Home Loans, I felt as if I had met each one of them. Everyone was very personable.
Jeremy and Andrea were very professional kind and always got back to me quickly with any questions that I had. It was a pleasure to work with them.
