For the most part everything went smoothly. However, my close date was set by the realtor and it was missed by a day and then again by an hour. That caused a delay in my getting the keys and I was not able to access the house for three days. I would assume that if a date was set, you would strive to meet that date and not cause delays.


Surprisingly painless. Constant communication from my loan officer made me feel like my business was wanted and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on.
