one improvement would be to advise buyer of the different home insurance available and their cost. My title company said i was way overcharged by the company recommended by Veterans United, almost double. I will have to change insurance companies soon to get a better rate.
might be easier to handle a mortgage in house with a Realtor , they dropped the ball big time on day of closing , client complaints JARED saved the day i think , left me out in the cold on most important day , CLOSING
