I feel like the process could've gone a lot smoother and a lot of disappointment could've been avoided if things weren't missed early on or if information was given to us correctly. Michelle Dapkus was absolutely wonderful though with helping us get to the finish line. It's unfortunate that all the negative experiences really affected our opinion.
