The electronic systems were an excellent way to pass the massive amount of data back and forth. Mike and Erin were great about ensuring we had all the data required at all times.
constantly asking for paperwork..should have a check list from the beginning. Could not close because needed a rebuilt letter in the final hours...never informed of this at the start of the process

The process is not easy. The communication is poor to say the least. My lending agent lacks professionalism and personalism.
They ran several hard inquiries on my credit report through the long process. They only either to get me the best deals/rates when I went out and got better offers. There was not very much communication through the whole process. I was in the dark the majority of the time and then the only time I was brought up to speed on what was going on is when I called them. In top of that when I called to find out what was going on, they would treat me like I was annoying them or interrupting something.
The Veterans United team had long distance reach. Everything was done for me. I had to occasionally docu-sign documents and that's about it.
Veterans United treated me and my family with great service, respect and honesty. These characteristics are extremely hard to find in today's time. The whole team that I personally dealt with at Veterans United was awesome and extremely helpful.
