Chad and Ryan were outstanding. Only hiccup was the appraisal on the home. Took about 16-17 to get the appraisal when we were told 10 days. Overall great service.

I feel that the whole process was absolutely to long and drawn out. Every time I thought I had surely sent the last thing they needed I would be asked for something else. Then things went to long so it had to be redone.
