Overall a positive experience
I found this home buying experience to be well managed. I am truly pleased with the effort put forth by the entire team. Linda Elmore was a key player in finding then right house for us, and Kenna Rasmussen did a fantastic job of coordinating all the goings-on. And on top of it all, was Sam Yoo, who was there whenever I needed a question answered, or clarification on anything. I would say "A job Well-Done by all"
The refinance was even more enjoyable than the original process and I was impressed with that as well.
Our experience with our loan originator Shannon Matlack and her team was nothing short of superb from start to finish. Shannon was always there to help me with anything i needed and she was a real joy to work with and was just amazing throughout the whole process and i feel very lucky to have her as my loan agent i cannot thank her enough with words for everything she has done for my wife and i.sincerly, Robert and Peggy Corrigan-thank you Shannon.

Aaron was my loan officer. He was very friendly, detailed, and advised me on every question I incurred. Zack was super detailed and answered all of my questions. I put my pre application out on a Sunday and Dan called me on the same day. I was impressed that everyone returned my calls or emails on the same day and had an answer to all my questions.
