Joe Newbury and most of his team were great. There were certain team members that were unsatisfactory, and ruined the experience of buying a home. I was addressed by the wrong name several times, and asked to produce documents that had already been sent multiple times. On two different occasions the closing disclosure had wrong information on it, that no one noticed until I found it.
The team from helping me pull my credit scores up until I closed was very helpful as I had many question to ask and all was answered without me feeling as if I was asking unreasonable questions I would higly recommend VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS!!
