The process was quick and easy. The team stayed in touch with me and responded quickly. This was my first time buying a house, and they made it relatively stress-free. I also did my part and sent in everything they needed as fast as possible. The tutorial videos were helpful I got a good idea of the process watching them. I would recommend Doug and his team due to they helped explain different things and pointed me in the right direction for the price range I can manage. I loved it and they didn't push me into anything or rush me into making any decisions I was and am comfortable with this decision. I am very grateful I was working with them and my realtor Mandy Gulley was excellent.

Collin sent initial paperwork before asking whether I wanted 15 or 30 year. Other times more detailed instruction is helpful. Why something is being sent, what to expect, etc.Then after that bizarre email from Samantha, I was pretty much done. Not very customer-centric from start to finish.
The only issue I had was that it took so long for my certificate of eligibility to come that I lost out on a lower interest rate. This has little to do with Veterans United, however.
