We had some difficulty with accessing our secure documents. However our agent work with us to resolve the problems.
I was extremely pleased with Veterans United overall. The only knock, and it was a slight one, was the final underwriting process. I turned in all the documents asked for the day after initial underwriting, yet my loan did not receive final approval until the day before closing. I'm not sure what the behind-the-scenes process is, but it definitely added undue stress.
My only complaint would be I didn't get my lower rate locked in before the election. My credit score is great and I feel like it should have been lower. It only made my payment differ by 15 dollars so I'm really not worried. My overall experience with the whole team was great. Awesome communication and I feel like they really worked well with me and answered any questions (dumb or not) great.
