The only thing that I wish that I would have known is that their are companies that will pay closing cost for veterans. I would suggest that maybe you try and partner with them to help veterans that may not have the money for closings.

Now I used it and your process is so stupid I have 3 or 4 people sending me the same thing asking for them repeatedly. Second no one wants to talk to you. You sent me emails I could not even open.
