As a disabled veteran, being treated poorly by the underwriters was disheartening. The process was frustrating when having to provide the same information more than once. Getting final numbers just HOURS before our closing was ridiculous! The whole process was fantastic until the underwriters started their process. The score of 3 is due to the underwriting process.
