My only negative is the fact that someone should have mentioned the fact that there are some fees we need to be prepared to pay up front. Some people might not have the amount required at hand and need to make arrangements to get it. Other than that, we were very satisfied with your service.
from the first contact with veterans united we felt comfortable. they treated us as individuals not like other loan companies who only look at "check list" items to see where we fit in.
Some days it's hard to get a email or call back in a timely manner overall it was successful!
