If this were the Olympics, Bill and Alycea would surpass Usain Bolt for gold medals. This team has a customer for life and I have a lot of life to experience, God willing. This is my third deal with the crew and I know I am on the hook for at least two more because this house is not me final stop.
My experience with veterans United was an inter3sting one. It began really well. Everything was easy, I got pre approved any time I had any questions they were there. After we finalized the contract things got bumpy. To be fair alot of that was due to the delay of the appraisal. I do feel that this was not communicated as well as it could be. I had to delay my closing a week and then the paperwork was not sent to the closing agency until day of the closing giving them very little time to prepare. To make matters worse, after all the papers were signed and I was a home owner it didn't seem like the numbers were finalized. This was a little embarrassing and frustrating, but I will not let that overshadow the beginning experience.
Seth was amazing, I firmly believe that I would not be a homeowner right now if it wasn't for Seth. He help me so much.
