the biggest promblem was communication within the loan department. they almost pulled the loan from me within 48 hrs of closing. they did not have their documents in order, especially 7 months in the process, closing was still delayed a day after was setup with movers, ect. it was extremely atressful trying to work towards the end 2 weeks before closing. nothing was going smoothly at thst point and it was a huge mess. clsoing itself took over 7 hours to finish beacuse veterans united could mot communicate with DR Horton well. what maes it worse was the fact they knew i was closing and they decided to leavr the office for the day and screw us over. it took dr horton to contact a office in hawaii just to help us finish the closing wich finalized at almost 10 pm on a friday night.
