Jeannette Klein was so nice and explained ever little thing to me she maid sure i understood ever thing be for we moved on i had all ready been pre qualified with Quicken loans for a home loan BUT they lied to me so i came to see Jeannette and she took such good care of me i have gave people at work her card 3 time now

Your underwriting department is not up to standard. Had to send the same documents many times over. Very frustrating to have ti send the same thing over and over due to lack of attention to detail. They definitely need some changes.
