Darin and his team took us through every step. It went perfect.
I would recommend putting more pressure on 3rd party participants such as title companies and home inspectors to complete their process in a timely manner. Besides my builder the title company and home inspector added 2-3 weeks to the loan process. That is the main reason I gave a 8 instead of a 10.
