The compilation of personal data was confusing and stressful at times, though I was grateful in the end that there was so much less paperwork than the last time I bought a home.
Easy to go through the process. Not a 10 due to unrealistic closing and lack of consistent communication during critical timing of process.
When it really counted, people didn't seem to know what they were doing or didn't care to do what was needed to keep the process moving so as not to delay the closing. We, myself and my agent, had to make an awful lot of phone calls and sent way too many e-mails to get things done.
