overall, helpful but when bumps come they need to be pushed to anything out of the norm to fix issues, even ones of their doing. The only reason I would still recommend VA is because of Sydney, her supervisor is worthless and if I had not gone to his supervisor, who was not aware there was an issue, we have lost our new home.
