The process was very easy from the beginning.
The numbers were all over the place. We owed a lot of money at closing, then we didn't owe much, then we ended up getting money back. It was very stressful not knowing up until the final minutes if we owed anything. Honestly, the when we used VU for a previous home the experience was great and that's why we used them for this home. However, after this experience I will never use them again. It was probably the worst experience I have had dealing with a company in any line of business.
