There is a lot of repetition on paperwork.
The simple refinancing took over 2 months. We were very quick to return any documents on the same day requested. The additional interest we had to pay waiting each day is hard to swallow.
Absolutely horrible experience. Providing new information was almost a daily part time job and Lee Sattler was constantly saying he had everything, only he was never prepared after all. Closing was scheduled for June 30, yet he failed to have our file even to closing agent until July 1. Lee attempted to push closing back another week as if it wouldn't effect anybody, until I informed him seller was on verge of walking with my earnest money for breaking contract. Last two days felt like we were on verge of losing house and money. Sattler reportedly told my realitor he didn't know who our title company was on day of closing. We had as a group, lost all confidence in his ability to complete loan.
Staff was always available via phone or email which made me feel confident in there ability to help me when needed.
Grant and his team were very professional. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall I had. Great experience working them.
I would like to have had more communication towards the end of the loan.

Working with Dave Munns and his staff was good and helpful. Was worried that the high interest rate that was going to locked in would have ended the relationship, but fortunately it all worked out.
Our team was fantastic! They answered all our questions with record speed and even helped when our realtor was not reachable. We will spread the word and encourage everyone to use their services. Stefan was amazing and we would not be in our new home without him!

Tina went above and beyond in the process of getting our loan approved. We actually got to close a week before expected. Her and her assistant are amazing. Both seller and realtor said they will pass on her name and number to potential buyers. This seller said she has done many homes, has never, ever saw one close this fast, especially a veteran's loan!!! Also she is a wonderful person. as sweet and friendly as she is intelligent and great in her job!
